Customer branded exhibition survey or competition is a modern way to collect data about your potential customers and their preferences. Our online reporting system allows you to access and use the collected data in real-time, and no manual input is required. Data can also be integrated to other systems like CRM, if needed.
We have two hardware options to choose from: Touch screen and Keyboard device.
Our Lead Capture Solution is available as a rental service for short-term usage, like exhibitions and customer events, or for longer, ongoing purposes. If your marketing plan includes several events throughout the year, we recommend choosing the more cost-efficient annual plan. The same feedback device/devices can be used for other purposes between the events as the content on the screen can be easily updated for different uses. For example, the Lead Capture device can measure customer experience in the store or employee satisfaction in the office at other times.
